Basic Information of Platform Glue
This is the platform glue of 3D signage printer. It is necessary to spread the glue on the platform (printing bed) before you print something on it. This is an adhesive solution for the printing products, the glue will become sticky when the platform temperature reaches 40 ~ 50 degrees Celsius, without this platform glue, the printing products can’t be stuck to the platform, as a result, the 3D printing will fail.
It is important to ensure that the platform is covered with glue before you print. An evenly spread glue layer helps products adhere to the platform during the printing, meanwhile, it prevents the warping and curling. When you spread the glue, make sure that you spread it to the entire area where you want the nozzle to print, and make sure that the platform is cool before removing it.
