First of all, print the signages or channel letters on the top printer, secondly, pour the liquid acrylic into the signages or channel letters, thirdly, move the printed signages or channel letters with liquid acrylic into the bottom UV curing machine, later, turn on the UV curing machine and make the liquid acrylic into solid acrylic, finally, we can get signages or channel letters with 3D printed side wall and acrylic face panel.
A UV curing machine is an industrial device that uses high-intensity ultraviolet (UV) light to instantly dry, harden, or cure liquid acrylic, adhesives, or resins. This process is called UV curing, it takes 90 minutes for white acrylic and it takes 120 minutes for other colors, it is a photochemical reaction: photoinitiators in the material absorb UV energy and trigger polymerization, transforming the liquid into a solid cross-linked polymer network.
